Welcome!! This is an RP Profile for my character from Crystal, Goblin: Khalja Ejroque! He's near and dear to me, and I've been acclimating to the RP scene on FFXIV and am having a lot of fun! Most of my roleplaying expertise comes from World of Warcraft, so it might be a little different from how most folk do it, and I'm still learning! ❤

In terms of personality, to put it simply... Khal is a little bit of a himbo. Actually, REALLY a himbo. He's kind, strong, and a little stupid. He's like a dog- literally or figuratively- he's very excitable and eager to meet new people but makes sure to back down if he seems to be overwhelming them. He may be outwardly dumb, but he has a genuine understanding of feelings and is fairly gentle natured. Surprisingly, this can lead him to become super emotional and get disheartened easily once he feels he's done something wrong, and tries to right things whenever possible. The Xaela clan he grew up in actually made him become much of an emotional social butterfly, as they traded with tribes and other folks from a variety of different civilizations. He's kind, endearingly stupid, and just wants the best for his friends. He tries to break up fights and not immediately go for his weapons- he's a mediator and simply wants everyone to get along, even if they have contending ideals. Gods know that the Warrior of Light can certainly make that happen.
Basic Backstory
Khalja Ejroque is a Xaela Au'ra hailing from an off-the-grid tribe within the realms of Doma. His upbringing and general living was nothing too spectacular- just living day to day life and hunting and gathering when he needed to. His community was gentle and traded with other tribes in the same general area, causing him to become much more charismatic and outgoing, if not.. a little dumb. When he was old enough, though, he had an eye for adventure- he honestly always did, and one day, with his tribe's permission of course, he set off to explore the world. Using the boats of Kugane to sail the world, he traveled to Ul'dah, Gridania, Limsa Lominsa.. He never knew there was so much outside of his home tribe. Gridania was the most beautiful thing he had seen, from a natural standpoint- never before had he seen such lush greenery before. That day he knew he wanted to see the rest of the world- outside of Doma... Picking up odd jobs and trying to make a living for himself, he gathered enough Gil to eventually make his way throughout all of the worlds continents- well, most of them, at least. But he finds his heart has been forever struck by Gridania, and calls the place home and respite. He makes a decent living off of being an adventurer, even if it's a few odd-jobs or killing swarms of enemies encroaching on a city or town. To say it simply: He's living day to day and loving it! Exploring the world has been the best idea, in his opinion, he's ever had, finding so many new companions and so many other things to simply enjoy.

Khalja also works at Candyland as a Bartender and a Dancer! There he gets most of his conversation and interaction in! Whether it be on the stage or behind the bar, he's always in the mood for a chat or just to meet new people! His claws are also natural, he has to file them down from time to time so he doesn't poke someone too hard. Being overly affectionate and being extremely touchy-feely, he doesn't want to hurt anybody, after all! He's just a silly guy who wants the best for his friends and anyone he generally likes.
